Eric Benet - The Last Time

I think it was 3 nights ago that I went mucking to my friends about me not getting married yet. I’ll be going over the monthly calender in a couple of years and I wanna get married before that.

And I did that quite late in the evening. Hehehe! Most of them gave very sound advices. However, one friend said, “$&@*$# You’re just sleepy dude. Go to bed! :D” It takes a real friend to say that to you. Hehehe!

Anyway, I felt quite sad the next night after band practice that my colleagues in Ericsson brought me to Pier 1. They said, “2 bottles!”. Now where have I heard that before? Hehehe! As the night progressed, more and more ladies went to Pier 1 to unwind. Then more and more GORGEOUS ladies came to Pier 1.

One of my colleagues jokingly said, “After all the beautiful ladies we’ve met, do you really wanna get married immediately?” I couldn’t really hear him at that time. I was having a nice conversation with a gorgeous 24-year old. I forgot my dilemma. She was great. And that was enough for me to forget my angsts and be my usual comical self.

No need to rush things.

Ja matta friends! Thanks for all the advices you’ve given me. Someday I might play this song on my wedding day! (By the way, I was NEVER married as some of my friends thought! Hehe!)

Eric Benet - The Last Time

The Last Time by Eric Benet

The first time I fell in love was long ago
I didn’t know how to give my love at all
The next time I settled for what felt so close
But without romance, you’re never gonna fall
After everything I’ve learned
Now it’s finally my turn
This is the last time I’ll fall… in love

The first time we walked under that starry sky
There was a moment when everything was clear
I didn’t need to ask or even wonder why
Because each question is answered when your near
And I’m wise enough to know when a miracle unfolds
This is the last time I’ll fall… in love

Now don’t hold back, just let me know
Could I be moving much too fast or way too slow
‘Cause all of my life, I’ve waited for this day
To find that once in a lifetime, this is it, I’ll never be the same
You’ll never know what it’s taken me to say these words
And now that I’ve said them, they could never be enough
As far as I can see, there’s only you and only me

This is the last time I’ll fall… in love
Last time I’ll fall in love
The last time I’ll fall… in love

How to Disable the Preview Window in WordPress 2.0.4

I’ve been using WordPress 2.0 for quite some time already since the announcement of the upgrade. However, I’ve been so busy that I haven’t given much thought on the features and the admin tools.

Now, if you are also a WordPress 2.0 user, you’d notice that one of the new features is the preview window. Although it does provide you a sample of your post with all the themes and images of your site, it is somehow a bandwidth hog.

So if you’re like me who likes to post and perform edits quickly, here’s how to disable the preview window.

Find this block of code in …/wp-admin/post.php. You can find them on lines 82-85.

<div id='preview' class='wrap'>
<h2 id="preview-post"><?php _e('Post Preview (updated when post is saved)'); ?> <small class="quickjump"><a href="#write-post"><?php _e('edit ↑'); ?></a></small></h2>
<iframe src="<?php echo add_query_arg('preview', 'true', get_permalink($post->ID)); ?>" width="100%" height="600" ></iframe>
</div>

Replace the block of code with:

<!-- // disable post preview
<div id='preview' class='wrap'>
<h2 id="preview-post"><?php _e('Post Preview (updated when post is saved)'); ?> <small class="quickjump"><a href="#write-post"><?php _e('edit ↑'); ?></a></small></h2>
  <iframe src="<?php echo add_query_arg('preview', 'true', get_permalink($post->ID)); ?>" width="100%" height="600" ></iframe>
</div>
// disable post preview -->

I simply placed the block of code inside comment tags <!–– comments ––>

There you have it. I hope this helps!

I’ve been a fan of Lynne and Tessa for quite some time already. I found them dancing to the song Barbie Girl through youtube last June 2006. I searched for more songs and guess what… they did a lot of songs! But I think they have released their final video.

Check out their official website at: www.lynne-tessa.de
