[Project 365] Bohemia, Instant, And Moulin Rouge

We hung out at Bohemia and tried Paulaner and Edelweiss beers. Then went to Moulin Rouge. The queue was long so we decided to wait in Instant. After a round of Staropramen and hotdogs, we went back to Moulin Rouge. We met up with Sandra and other friends.

I met several women from France but I can’t remember their names.

Some of the guys and I just hung out at Incognito (Liszt Ferenc tér), then grabbed food at Star Kebab (Teréz körút) before settling at Instant (Nagymezo utca).

What a hangover… Soproni Beer, Gin Fizz, Jim Beam, Johnnie Walker Black Label. Why Gin Fizz? Apparently, Artemio ordered Jim Beam for everyone with a Portuguese accent and the waitress thought he ordered Gin Fizz. Go figure!

[Project 365] Watching Alice In Wonderland 3D

Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter was again very impressive in this movie. But there was a part where he sounded like his character in Pirates Of The Caribbean.

This was the first movie that I saw Mia Wasikowska. She was good as Alice.

Anne Hathaway was weird in a good way as the White Queen. What’s with the hands and fingers? It’s with her character.

Helena Bonham Carter was great in this movie as the Red Queen. I loved the part where she asked for a pig for her feet. Hehe!

The last character that was notable was the Blue Caterpillar portrayed by Alan Rickman. He still sounded like Professor Snape. But he was still cool as Absolem.

Overall I liked the movie.

Quick Review:

First try was hard. hehe!
A girl in the office got it running fast before I did. (I’m so weak. Or her smile just made me hand over the ball to her. hehe!)
It’s probably common sense to insert the end of the string to one of the holes in the gyro. That was the easy part.
I thought there was something wrong with it because of the weird sounds it made when I was rotating it. But after it ran smoothly, I only heard the gyro and the blue led lights illuminated. This meant I was doing it right.
The included counter in the Pro version is worth the extra cost from the regular Powerball. My officemates are competing who gets the highest RPMs.
My left arm is a bit tired. But after a while I think this is gonna be helpful with my guitar playing.
My only fear is that I might accidental lose control and throw the ball somewhere. Good thing there is a place on the side (shown in the photo) to hook a leash or something.

Then after the movie, we just relaxed at Cafe Blue. It was a nice place to just hang out.
